So long foie gras, see you in some other state…. come out this weekend to pick up supplies for the holiday. I’ll have BBQ rubbed tri-tip, herb-brined pork chops, pork loin roasts, hot dogs, green chile pork sausages, corned beef hash, breakfast sausage, canadian bacon, boudin blanc, duck crepinettes, mexican style chorizo. Lots of pates, head cheese, smoked duck breast, stocks & fats, smoked beef tongue, and still more. It should be a nice weekend, hope to see everyone out there.
