Happy Fathers’ Day to my pop and all the other great dads’ out there. Now how about grilling up something for the old man? Like sausages maybe? How about hot dogs, toulouse, boudin blanc, duck crepinettes, or green chile pork. I also made a batch of Pork & Beans, sweet and spice with bacon and chunks of slow cooked ham hocks. Or make him breakfast, I’ll have breakfast links, bacon, lamb bacon and pancetta. Also Pork Sugo, lamb chops, seasoned pork loin roasts, a couple BBQ rubbed pork shoulder roasts, lamb top sirloin roast with the last bit of esplette from Annabelle with sage and marjoram. Liverwurst, duck rillettes, duck liver pate, ciccioli, pork pate with figs, duck confit, a few smoked duck breast, head cheese, fresh lard and duck fat, duck stock, beef jerky and a few other things.
