Goat season is coming to a close leaving only a few more weeks to enjoy goat from McCormack Ranch. Cuts and chops, roasts and racks, also kefta and merguez. Back by request Duck Crepinettes with Figs. Also stuffed quail, smoked duck breast, maple ham, head cheese, pork sugo, cassoulet, trotter terrine, pancetta, duck liver pate, country style pork pate, and foie torchon for the Market @ Kensington.
I will have a couple of skin-on pork loin roasts from Riverdog Farm too!
